Jack Cail Makeup Products

Jack Cail products are made with love. We hope you love the products as much as we do, however in the case that you don't, we are more than happy to accept a return/refund based on the below conditions:

Refunds - we are only able to issue refunds if the product is returned back to us in an unopened, unused state.

Exchanges/Store Credit - If you are unhappy with the product, we are able to issue you a store credit or exchange your product as long as you return the product to us.

If your product has arrived damaged or not as described, please get in touch and we will issue you a refund.
